About Our President: Peter D. Osilaja, Ed.D.

Dr. Peter Deji Osilaja is the president and founder of DOME Consulting, Inc. An emerging education consulting company focused on helping people, organizations and communities recognize and adapt to the rapid technology and globalization induced crisis prone change. Dr. Osilaja is also the president and founder KidSafety of America. Recently, Dr. Osilaja earned his doctorate in organizational leadership. His dissertation research entitled, Issues of Diversity in Crisis Management Planning is highly acclaimed and profoundly reveals six variables of diversity and sense making for effective management and planning in crisis prone environments.

Born in Nigeria and fluent in four languages, Dr. Osilaja has lived in Africa, Europe and the United States for extended periods. As a result of his pioneering research study, Dr. Osilaja was recently appointed to the U.S. Homeland Security Advisory Committee on Curriculum Development for California colleges and universities. For 17 years, Dr. Osilaja has produced, published and presented on crisis, safety and change.
