This should give a strong indication of the state of harmony of your organization. Gaps and imbalances within a variable and among variables, respectively, indicate disharmony and therefore risks, within the system. Refer members of your organization (or even stakeholders) to the link below to take an anonymous DOME survey. Do this at least once every three months, depending on urgency and need, to be able to measure changes in your organization’s strength in diversity and Sensemaking. Perception Is Reality The survey is based on participant’s perceptions of the issues to be analyzed. Participants An adequate survey number of participants is a function of the size of the organization or department. It is best if a majority would participate. This enables you to assess the state of your DOME – Diversity Orientation for Management Effectiveness. Plan B: $2995 – 12 months This package enables you to first assess the state of your DOME – Diversity Orientation for Management Effectiveness. With our report implement improvement plans for deficient areas then come back three to 6 months later for another assessment to measure the effectiveness of your change efforts. We will also consult with you to recommend change strategies following your first assessment. As many people in your organization or community may take assessment survey for a period of 30 days.
